LaToya S. White

Founder, President, and CEO

As a Masters-educated Executive-level IT professional, LaToya is recognized as an expert in managing all aspects of state-of-the-art products and services including product ownership and backlog management.

As the co-founder and CEO of Sylver Rain Consulting, LLC, LaToya is highly skilled at leading and directing all phases of the product development lifecycle, product launch and marketing, as well as development and implementation of product strategy in support of all organizational goals and objectives.

LaToya began her career in manufacturing management and process improvement practicing Servant Leadership, Lean and Kaizen, and 6-Sigma principles. She transitioned to IT consulting over 10 years ago, with a focus on Agile development. In addition to her agile expertise, LaToya has played a key role as a Certified Professional Scrum Trainer for Scrum.org for over six years, teaching organizations throughout the country the benefits of the Scrum framework.

LaToya has also demonstrated experience coaching development and executive leadership teams through enterprise-wide Scrum adoption. LaToya currently spearheads multiple client-facing presentations, workshops, conferences and training sessions on agile frameworks and its technical practices.

Freeman White

Director, Finance and Operations

Freeman is an experienced Business Professional with a proven record of success providing daily financial forecasting, planning, and operation actions. He is Sylver Rain’s Financial Director tasked with research, analysis, and validation of client data. Freeman possess strong organizational skills, and ensures asset allocation, investment, insurance, and estate planning decisions are aligned with client goals. As a Relationship Manager, Freeman is committed to maintaining exceptional client satisfaction by managing expectations, engaging projects, and cultivating professional business relationships.

James Johnson

Director, Business Development & Relationship Management

James is a highly talented, strategic, and accomplished Executive with over 20 years’ experience securing million-dollar government contracts, supporting product launches, designing marketing collateral, and directing sales and revenue efforts. His work with the Federal government includes agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Justice (DoJ), Department of the Navy (DoN), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the National Science Foundation (NSF). He provides proven experience and success in reversing declining revenue trends in vulnerable markets and achieving significant revenue gains. James also has a demonstrated record of building successful long-term business relationships that result in recurring revenue. He also provides a deep understanding of outsourcing that lends both credibility and confidence to potential customers.

Microsoft 365 SME/ Cyber Security Lead

Ronald supports Sylver Rain’s internal M365 infrastructure to include Azure, Office, Teams and SharePoint. Ronald ensures that SRC’s internal infrastructure remains protected from all Cyber threats.

Mohamed Elghoneimy

Human Resources

Mohamed leads Sylver Rain’s human resources team. Mohamed leads SRC’s efforts in employee Compensation and Benefits, Safety and Compliance, Training and Development and Talent Management.

Technical Support Lead

Terry Oxendine

Web Developer

Terry possess over 10 years’ experience in the IT industry and provides Sylver Rain with exceptional web development actions that include application updates, maintenance, and development for SRC clients. He has been directly responsible for IT infrastructure actions including equipment inventory, process design implementation, and graphics creation. Terry also provides valuable technical skills and competencies that include knowledge of MS Office Application software, programming languages such as HTML5 and JavaScript, and operating systems such as UNIX and Windows.

Terry Patton

Program Manager

Terry, Sylver Rain’s Program Manager, also served as the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) National Program Manager for the highly visible and critical Project Management Business Process (PMBP) Corporate Business Processes (CBP) and P2 Initiatives, as well as the Staff Assistant to the USACE Headquarters Proponent of the PMBP Program. He was solely responsible for daily maintenance and oversight of the development of CBP and P2, impacting over 35,000 Corps of Engineer employees.
